What is Olio Nuovo Days?

The Olio Nuovo Days is a globally renowned competition that aims to showcase high quality extra virgin olive oils. Renowned throughout the world and within the profession, this organization is committed to promoting the excellence of olive oil.

The oils are evaluated blindly, by category, by a jury composed of chefs, renowned tasters, oleologists, olive oil sommeliers and experts from the olive industry.

The medals won in the Olio Nuovo Days competition are recognition of our commitment to quality and excellence in olive oil production.
