The Grossane olive variety is typical of our beautiful region. It is a rare nectar because the yield of its olive oil is low. It has the particularity of being neither too bitter nor too ardent. With magnificent balance, its delicate and fruity aromatic profile is dominated by flavors of green tomato enhanced by notes of citrus on the finish.

Pairs well with summer desserts such as fruit salads but also on crunchy salads.
