We welcome you to our new mill after more than two years of renovation.
You will discover the whole history of Domaine Jòlibois but also the manufacturing process of our olive oils.
After a tour of our mill, we will take a seat for a tasting. During this moment, some of our emblematic olive oils will be offered for tasting and we will accompany you throughout this taste experience.

Enter the world of Domaine Jòlibois through the discovery of an exceptional terroir.
You will start with a visit to the property, among the olive trees to discover an artisanal and sustainable olive growing approach, then a visit to the mill to understand the extraction process, and finally a tasting of 2 olive oils from the Estate to end the experience.

To live an unforgettable olive tourism experience, in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, set off to discover our olive grove, land of our 5 vintages of organic olive oils produced using Sustainable Agriculture.
After a guided tour of our estate to learn more about our land and our history, you will discover our mill as well as the secrets of the production of our olive oils.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of our AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence and Monovariétales vintages accompanied by an Oil & Bite pairing.
