INGREDIENTS

A beautiful gutted sea bream
2 bay leaves
4 sage leaves
2 lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Garlic in shirt
Pepper
Coarse salt

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Squeeze a lemon and pour its juice into a bowl. Salt, pepper and mix with the olive oil. Wash the second lemon and cut it into slices.

Place the sea bream in an oven dish. Make a few incisions on the fish and insert 2 or 3 lemon slices. Slip the other slices inside the sea bream, with the bay leaf. Add the garlic. Water with the contents of the bowl and sprinkle with sage leaves. Place in the oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
