On September 19, Domaine Jòlibois welcomes Benjamin Andreux and two Michelin-starred chefs for an exceptional dinner served in the heart of the olive groves. Three visions, one single table, set where Provence reveals its most precious treasures.
For this unique evening, the three chefs have collaboratively created a six-hand menu around a rare common thread: the pairing of dishes with the estate's olive oils. Each dish converses with an oil, each oil reveals a dish — a conversation between exceptional cuisine and the fruit of our olive trees.
