THE HARVEST
The harvest began at the beginning of October at Domaine Jòlibois!
For more than 2 months, the harvesters of the Domaine Jòlibois spend their daily lives in the olive grove. Variety after variety, Row after row, the olives are harvested and brought to the mill in the day.
